Returns

OETD always the strong supporter during your shopping time, please verify your part number before place an order.
Usually, we offer 30 days warranty for all of the products, returns not accepted beyond the normal warranty.
Please contact your account manager before you send the returns, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is necessary.
Your account manager will email you the details of RMA, please follow up all the steps which we requested for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, or your returns is not accepted, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to OETD.

Replacements

If the products you purchased from us not pass the test, or DOA, please contact your account manager for new replacements.
You will get detail specific replacement steps via email, everything will be fixed in fast and perfect terms.
